Job Description

Wholesale Client Onboarding (WCOB) is a global initiative in JP Morgan that spans the Investment Bank, Global Corporate Bank, Treasury and Securities Services. The objective is to implement a standardized and consistent client onboarding service across the wholesale bank in order to deliver world class client experience.
The product management team owns the strategy and development for a suite of strategic onboarding platforms that supports the organization’s vision to enable greater operational efficiencies, improved client experience whilst maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
This role will:
  • Responsible for leading and executing projects End to End, including the development of technical and sustainable processes in partnership with our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with KYC operations, Compliance and business stakeholders to define requirements and obtain agreement for solutions
  • Theme base issue and root cause analysis, and lead discussions with Technology and Product Owners/ Lead business analyst for implementing strategic fixes
Key Skills:
  • Experience of global/ multi-site projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalization of complex requirements
  • Experience in Business Objects, SQL and Microsoft office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with large data sets and establish trends to form and validate process & technical decisions
  • Stakeholder expectation management, influencing and negotiation skills to maintain momentum of delivery
  • Experience in financial services industry, preferably with AML/KYC knowledge

  • The ability to present and absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately
  • The ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline
  • The ability to work within a large team
