The Cyber & Technology Controls (CTC) team establishes the framework and provides guidance to the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization including Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) for managing risks, assessing controls and engaging with internal and external organizations to determine adequacy of the control environment. The CTC team supporting Enterprise Technology are responsible for governance and execution of risk programs to identify and mitigate risks within the organization. This includes ensuring adherence to existing policies and standards, regulatory requirements or best business practices.
The Technology Controls Reporting & Metrics Lead will work in a small team that will provide a shared service dedicated to delivering oversight of the following core areas;
  • Coordination and presentation of a CTC Enterprise Technology Metrics & Reporting function for the organization; providing transparency and accurate reporting on a timely basis spanning core shared service disciplines;
    • Internal Audit
    • External & Regulatory Audit
    • Risk Assessment Status & Compliance
    • Break Management
    • Issue Management; status & tracking of Action Plans & Risk Acceptances
    • Key Initiatives; Executive Reporting of firm-wide cyber program milestones and internal Book of Work project status
  • Management & Oversight of key Global Technology Risk Indicator reporting;
    • Presentation of Enterprise Technology impacting compliance and coverage for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Management & Oversight of Global Technology compliance breaches for Issue & Break management
    • Transparency & Tracking of remediation to Enterprise Technology Senior Management; CIO and Direct Reports level
Successful candidate will be expected to challenge and drive remediation and adherence to any metric & reporting breaches. This role is not just delivery of reporting but there is a need for the candidate to be able work at an executive level to challenge teams and senior managers on metrics driving a negative

 

Required Skills / Experience
  • Data Analytical Skills using Excel, MS Access and QlikView
  • Understanding of Enterprise Technology spanning Infrastructure, Cloud & Intelligent Solutions
  • Understanding of Firm-wide Risk Management practices
  • Track record of working and communicating with Senior Management; up to CIO Level
  • Strong organizational and structured approach to work - consistently execution focused and proven track record of delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong relationship management and liaison
 
Desirable Skills / Experience
  • SharePoint Development
  • 3+ Years working in similar role; Metrics & Reporting
  • 3+ Years working
  • 3+ Years of work experience in Technology
