A BDE TMO is focused on winning the largest, most complex treasury services opportunities in the
business. The individual in this role owns the development of pursuit, solution
and pricing strategies. The individual must maintain and develop relationships
across the organization in accomplishing these objectives. The ideal candidate
must have executive presence and be capable of navigating and building
effective relationships in a complex matrix environment.
- BDE will have direct
responsibility for developing new profitable business from existing and
prospective clients; developing strategic account plans and executing them
- Developing and managing
prospect and client dialogue; understanding their business goals, strategies,
and industry trends to generate new business revenues.
- Successfully position
JP Morgan’s solutions versus our competitor’s capabilities.
- Orchestration of
prospect and client meetings focused on specific working capital and balance
sheet optimization objectives, communication of industry best practices and
presentation of new products.
- Orchestrates the
production of the highest-quality proposals and written communication
exceptional leadership, follow-up and project management skills
- Leverages the reach of
the firm as a tool to gain access to relationships.
- MBA or Master’s degree
in relevant field desirable
- 10+ years of Treasury
Sales background within a top tier bank
- Certified Treasury
Professional (CTP) designation preferred or willingness to obtain with 18
- Direct C-suite sales
- TS subject matter
- Strong analytical and
financial management skills
- Needs to be able to
think strategically and be willing to embrace new concepts or alternative
approaches to the development of new relationship opportunities
- Demonstrates excellent
verbal and written communication ability
with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Relationship Building:
