Overall Purpose of the position
Act as single point of contact for the Distribution Platforms operating with JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.à r.l. (“JPMAME”). Coordinate new onboarding requests received from Distribution Platforms, interacting and cooperating with the relevant internal stakeholders such as the Onboarding Team, Client Services, Sales Offices, Legal, Compliance and the Retrocession team.
Main responsibilities and Duties
The primary functions are to (1) ensure a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end controlled environment for the Intermediary Onboarding process; (2) identify and escalate issues with a sense of urgency; and (3) partner with the business to ensure timely remediation of issues
Establish, develop and strengthen effective relationships and partnerships with the platforms and the internal JPMAME’s functions
Coordinate with the relevant functions to obtain information / documentation to respond to both regulatory and internal JPMAME’s onboarding requirements
Manage the timely delivery of all document production requests. Provide accurate responses to all examiner questions (i.e., Intermediary Acceptance Committee, conducting officers, GFCC).
Identify mitigating factors and circumstances (as applicable) to rebut issues identified during the examinations
Communicate with the relevant businesses and functions regarding regulatory issues, findings by the regulators, and remediation related to those findings.
Keep attention to existing Distribution Agreement and make sure, when required, that update/amendment are brought to the agreement in order to reflect new regulations and/or JPMAME’s internal rules
Regular communication to senior management. Contribute to monthly reporting providing key figures
Make sure that all relevant AML/KYC/KYD systems and log documents are filled in
Facilitate regular meetings with platforms in order to track ongoing onboardings, rebate reconciliations issues and operation/client services questions
Clear communicator both in writing and oral

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Adaptable to a fast changing environment and very demanding client
