We are seeking a proven technology business analyst to fill a role in our Global Advisor Experience team.  As a business analyst on the team, you will be responsible for analyzing business operating model decisions, writing system requirements, creating and implementing test plans, communicating change to business users, and ensuring overall project success.
 
The analyst will be a key member of an Agile development team that will deliver innovative solutions for various AM programs. Work product will span areas such as prospect & client relationship management, MIS & reporting, mobile, team collaboration, Outlook integration, telephony. Exposure to projects and geographies will be broad. 

Responsibilities:
  • Strong written business process, requirements and Agile story documentation capability
  • Experience producing use case and test scripts for complex systems, experience with test driven development, writing feature files for Cucumber/Selenium a plus
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, with ability to contribute to project planning for global advisor platform releases
  • Prepare compelling end user training and communication materials to convey feature business benefits
  • Collaborate with internal & external development and design resources, business users, product teams and other internal stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis & project management for website and application development
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) and processes a plus
  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) ability to write and execute queries, understand database organization a definite plus
  • Familiarity and comfort in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); experience working with Agile/Scrum teams required
  • Familiarity with Asset Management, Private Banking a plus
  • Detail & process oriented
  • Ability to independently prioritize concurrent tasks, provide appropriate updates to project management
  • Positive, results oriented team player, willing to work hard with and for a global team
  • Must have ability to write and present concisely and clearly and adapt for technical & business audiences; be able to present and engage comfortably in discussion with business and technology partners
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio facility
  • BA/BS required
