Global Security and Investigations (GS&I) protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, Security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, fraud Investigations and cyber security.

 

This team member will work directly for the JPMC Americas Pre-Employment Screening office.

 

The Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist- Pre-Employment Screening:

  • Conducts and directs the day-to-day workflow for Pre-Employment and Pre-Engagement Screening
  • Has daily interaction with Human Resources, Contingent Worker Assignment Sponsors, and 3rd Party Screening Vendor throughout the region and the US.
  • Key to compliance with regulatory mandates to screen employees and contingent workers and document results.
  • Plays and important role interacting with centralized sourcing partners to review process with Contingent Worker screening with JPMC vendors.
  • Matrix reporting to the regional managers for the North America and Latin America

GSIC

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst, Employment Screening or Human Resource experience
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Demonstrated superior problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify issues, seek solutions and gain consensus regarding outcome
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse group
  • Highly disciplined individual, self-motivated, delivery focused with the ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and detailed data analysis experience
