Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm.  The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery ( HRSD). Our Human Resource professionals within these areas are among the most talented and innovative in the industry. They take a proactive approach to identifying and proposing solutions to organizational challenges, often working side by side with business managers to attract, manage and retain high-potential talent. The Business Aligned Recruiting Team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting experienced professionals for key opportunities across the firm.    

    

The Business Aligned Recruiter responsibilities include:   

  • Partner with Corporate Technology Recruiting Leads to develop and execute on regional recruiting strategies – with particular attention to individual Corporate requirements, regional needs and global firm wide recruiting priorities 
  • Point of contact for clients within Corporate Technology for all levels of hires (except MD), meeting regularly to forecast future hiring needs, share market intelligence and report on current recruiting efforts
  • Hands on recruiting responsibilities for roles at VP/ED Level,  as well as roles with specific/unique skill sets, owning full life-cycle of process (including sourcing, screening and ultimately closing candidates and driving the offer process)
  • Manage, prioritize and distribute the portfolio of requirements (Associates and below), as necessary to the Functional Recruiting Team and Sourcing Team, participating in particular aspects of recruiting life-cycle as necessary (i.e. candidate negotiation, closing)
  • Maintain network of top talent in the marketplace to provide pipeline of candidates
  • Advise clients on operational excellence, best practices and regulatory protocols in recruiting
  • Manage and control agency usage/vendor expense
  • Develop creative solutions for diversity, military and internal mobility recruiting initiatives
  • Develop and maintain external networks to stay informed on  industry trends and market intelligence
  • Contribution to the enterprise technology recruiting function, including oversight for specific work streams or projects
  • Collaborate with HR partners (i.e. HR Business Partners, Compensation Team, etc.) on candidate offers

Qualifications:   

  • Expertise in the local and surrounding technology talent pools required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting that includes working in a fast paced technology recruiting environment
  • Experience in both corporate and agency is desired
  • Prior success at delivering talent pipelines for technology groups
  • Successful project management
  • An ability to drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of candidates and clients
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptable style
  • Ability to operate in a large scale matrix reporting environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrates control and governance within the recruitment process.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding technology recruiting
