Commercial Banking Client Experience, Project Manager-Associate

Job Description

The Commercial Bank (CB) is a $7 billion business within JPMorgan, serving corporate clients generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion in annual revenues. The CB provides comprehensive solutions, including lending and treasury services, through the following lines of business: Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market Banking (including Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Non-for-profit entities), Real Estate Banking, Commercial Term Lending, Community Development Banking, International Banking and Credit Markets.
 
The Commercial Banking Client Experience Office partners across CB lines of business to build a best in class client experience. The Associate Project Manager for Commercial Banking Client Experience will be a key contributor in executing opportunities that can materially improve how the CB interacts with its clients. This hands-on role will collaborate with all Commercial Banking businesses, meet with key leaders, and ensure critical client experience pain points are evaluated; including, but not limited to, technology, process work flow, regulatory controls and client communications across multiple channels. This role will support the initiatives of the Client Experience team and will be instrumental to the success of the team. One of the core initiatives of the Client Experience team is the Raise Your Hand (RYH) program. RYH is a problem-solving forum where Commercial Banking employees can make suggestions on how to better run our business, and get questions answered about our policies and procedures.
 
Responsibilities
  • Execute client experience projects, including analysis of problem issues using a strategic and tactical approach
  • Assist, as needed, with management of the Raise Your Hand program
  • Reporting and analysis, which requires Excel expertise and knowledge of SharePoint
  • Presentation creation and delivery (MS Word, PitchPro expertise required)
  • Creation, maintenance and ownership of issue tracking tools and technology needs
  • Assist in preparing, driving and documenting meetings (e.g., steering committees, work groups, etc.)
 
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience; ideally in a Commercial Banking or Corporate and Investment Bank (including Treasury Services) environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with unwavering attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Proven experience executing projects from concept through implementation
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions
  • Excellent time management, organizational planning and follow up skills
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and prioritize work to meet deadlines; experience in a dynamic environment
  • Work with large data sets, managing data files and ensuring accuracy
  • Proficiency with Excel, PitchPro, Word and, ideally, SharePoint
  • Passion to serve clients and desire to drive customer satisfaction; experience in client-facing role a plus
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to create partnerships with remote contacts
  • Intellectual curiosity and evidence of leadership and initiative; self-motivated, results oriented
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
