It supports more than 60+ feeds globally and interacts with multiple other systems within the Global Investment Banking organization to provide a robust view of Client Revenue.

Job Description

BA and Testing Role would help to ensure and sustain high data quality for the XIB system. This role provides the opportunity to be part of a very strong team and global system that spans multiple lines of business within the JPMorgan Investment Bank. Involves working with users and upstream tech team to capture requirement.Involves performing unit testing and regression testing. Provide support in UAT testing and user co-ordination.


  • Gather business requirement for various enhancement in XIB and generate business requirement specifications.
  • Work with multiple teams, analyze data and suggest business solution
  • Act as link between the Business needs and the development and testing team for ensuring technical solutions satisfied business requirements
  • Perform data analysis based on User queries and issues and identify root causes. Ability to run queries is important.
  • Represent sales and research business requirements to technology teams; articulate business use cases on behalf of sales and research staff, navigate through compliance, business management as needed
  • High Understanding of the XIB system would need to be developed and understanding of the regression impact areas.
  • Should be able to assist in Unit testing , Regression testing and provide support for UAT testing
  • Solid understanding of software quality assurance and processes
  • Strong desire to join and influence a sustainable, high performance test culture
  • Participating in the planning, development and testing of key features
  • Writing great quality test tools and automation
  • Contributing and driving some of the Engineering Excellence efforts such as stress, performance and longevity testing
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in various phases of  Business analysis , testing, complex enterprise applications as well technical business analysis
  • Ability to understand Data model and proficient in SQL Query writing and analyzing data
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to arrive at a business solution and discuss with development team for technical implementation.
  • White Box testing experience Proven capability in test methodology, automation, and test processes
  • Strong object oriented programming, debugging, and test automation skills with Informatica
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience shipping products with high standards on aggressive schedules is required
  • Ability to perform system-wide root cause analyses and drive improvements
  • Advocate customers throughout the product cycle through feedback, test design, collaboration with other functional teams
  • Participate in the delivery of high quality software releases within budget and to schedule
