As an HRSD Administration Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day workflow within the payment processing team. You will also provide leadership support to team members, which includes annual performance reviews, compensation reviews and development. In addition, you will ensure that customer service level agreements are maintained, standard operating procedures are complied with, and cross training occurs within the team as well as in other areas of the department, where applicable. Furthermore, you will investigate and resolve any escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner, oversee the day-to-day vendor management of the Tuition Reimbursement process, Employment Verification process, and Service Awards, and monitor the process related to the Bankers Athletic League activities including the review of budgets, contracts, and team rosters. As well as providing escalated support for employment verification exceptions, you will ensure that the automated process is meeting required functionality.
