Job Description

As an HRSD Administration Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day workflow within the payment processing team. You will also provide leadership support to team members, which includes annual performance reviews, compensation reviews and development. In addition, you will ensure that customer service level agreements are maintained, standard operating procedures are complied with, and cross training occurs within the team as well as in other areas of the department, where applicable. Furthermore, you will investigate and resolve any escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner, oversee the day-to-day vendor management of the Tuition Reimbursement process, Employment Verification process, and Service Awards, and monitor the process related to the Bankers Athletic League activities including the review of budgets, contracts, and team rosters. As well as providing escalated support for employment verification exceptions, you will ensure that the automated process is meeting required functionality.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years work experience in a Human Resources operations environment preferred
  • Previous experience in coaching and providing feedback required
  • One to three years previous leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PC literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Notes, PeopleSoft, Pronto, and VM3)and other applicable toolsets
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
  • High energy with ability to develop team to perform with excellence
  • Experience in resolving employee conflicts
  • Effective at maintaining and building effective relationships with clients of all levels
  • Experience handling client requests
  • Experience with maintaining a large amount of confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and quickly respond to changing priorities
