Job Description

Finance & CAO
  • CAP (accounts payable) processing - invoice inputs, expense claim/payment list preparation
  • Handling external vendors, contacting HR & internal counterparts for invoices
  • Payment processing in JPM Access (online banking) and/or Paysource (Oracle). Manual payment instruction, when needed
  • Contact JPMCB for deposit related data and documents
  • Regulatory reporting preparation and upload to reg systems – FSS, KOFIA, KSD, BOK (monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc)
  • Tax filing preparation and upload to system - monthly withholding tax, quarterly VAT and education tax, half-yearly corp tax, resident tax. Visiting to tax office
  • Month-end closing assist and journal entry/posting back-up
  • Assist CAM related administration - corp chop registration certificate, notarization
  • Website disclosure back up
  • Daily investment advisory reporting to FSS
  • Marketing expenses communication
Office Management
  • Providing general support including stationery re-ordering, booking conference/meeting rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, filing, etc. for local management and regional meetings
  • Overseas business travel arrangement in line with corporate travel policies, including prior approval, booking airline tickets, car services, hotels, itineraries; preparing documents for business travel, e.g. visas, new/amended passports
  • Creating and maintaining team-related schedules and contact lists: vacation schedules, emergency contact lists, mail lists, telephone lists, Travel Request database, Leave database, etc.
  • Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s); management meetings
  • Provide support for visiting executives
  • Arrange access to office and system when necessary
  • Assist ad hoc project administration support when required
  • Processing of T&E and other expense claims
  • Providing extensive secretarial support to the Senior Management
  • Assisting and /or leading the organization of events
  • Prepare of sensitive and confidential information
  • Responsible for local account payable task
  • Employee benefit support
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with experience working with a variety of cultures
  • Strong organizational skills, is meticulous with details and self sufficient
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team
  • Experience in managing relationships across all levels
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to support the team out of normal work hours
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required
