Typical Day
  • Perform reconciliation functions in payment, credit balance refund checks, convenience checks, TSYS and bank statements.
  • Identify escheatment unclaimed property for state filings. Identify and resolve complex issues related to the escheatment — or unclaimed payroll checks — daily transactions.
  • Track and monitor reports and take action to ensure all outstanding items are reconciled and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile daily proofs and subledger accounts.
What Education/Experience do I Need?
You have a High school diploma, accounting, and general ledger reconcilement knowledge coupled with the ability to meet strict Accounting Operations deadlines.
Other Requirements
Microsoft Office PC skills required. Recon Plus, SAP, OIM, FDC and TSYS familiarity preferred.
