Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Content Quality Assurance Lead will operate as an individual contributor in Quality Assurance, to develop and manage various business application test strategies and implementations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for creating detailed test scripts and provide estimates based on your analysis of the functional and systems specs of those applications.

Identify and prioritize test cases, analyze defects logged during the QA cycle, and evaluate test case coverage.

Assist in the development of test standards and guidelines in order to generate status reports and technical documentation.

Responsible for implementing and executing consistent review processes for alerting content across SIEM and DLP platforms, working with multiple operations teams to ensure pertinence.
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or related field along with 7+ years of overall IT experience required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Applications development or quality assurance testing experience required

Experience creating and implementing test environments

Creating detailed positive and negative test cases/scripts for technical and/or business clients

Creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation

Strong experience with manual testing, testing tools, writing test plans, and reviewing test cases

Execution and Maintenance of Manual/Automation test scripts so that they are reused across multiple projects

Test Data Management using JIRA and/or Quality Center
