Investment Center- Annuity Products - Investment Support Associate - San Antonio, TX

Job Description

 
As a Chase Investment Services Corporation Customer Service Representative, you will provide personalized service over the telephone that meets or exceeds our client's time and quality expectations. Our clients are Licensed Bankers, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Investment Managers, and Branch Managers. You will be required to respond to your client's inquiries accurately and professionally. In order to do this you will need to have an understanding of Fixed and Variable Annuity products also knowledge of Retirement products i.e. IRA's, 401K etc. and Insurance products.
 
 
 
Work Schedule:
This position is for an 10:30 AM shift (10:30-7:00) M-F. The candidate should also be available to work ~1 Saturday per month (8 hours between 7 am-7 pm).  
 
Possible Career Paths (after 1 year): 
  • Investment Support Associate II or III
  • Call Center Team Lead/Management
  • Sales (Financial Advisor, Licensed Personal Banker or Sales Assistant)

  • At least 1 year customer service and call center experience
  • Insurance, Annuity, and/or Retirement Products Experience Required 
  • Life Insurance and Securities License ( Series 6 and 63) Preferred but not Required
  • Strong Client Focus
  • Able to Multi Task
  • Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Systems
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
