The Corporate Talent & Development Team focuses on developing our senior leaders to ensure that we have the quantity and quality of leaders in our pipeline to deliver long term sustained value for JPMorgan Chase.
The Corporate Talent & Development Team Assistant performs a variety of duties and functions requiring attention to detail, confidentiality and sound judgment for a team of HR leaders. The successful candidate will work with the team members to help execute and support our projects including: Leaders Morgan Chase, Talent Room, Talent Application, Executive Leaders Program, Management Associate Program and the HR Analyst Program.
The successful candidate will perform diverse duties daily, requiring significant experience to successfully accomplish responsibilities. This is a critical, visible, and exciting role requiring a high level of professionalism, commitment and work ethic. Independent judgment requiring confidentiality, a strong sense of discretion, initiative, and sound decision-making skills will allow you to achieve objectives. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and team members in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate possesses and applies specific experiences and knowledge to the completion of assignments to successfully meet these complex responsibilities. Candidate should also have superior verbal communication skills and the experience and ability in dealing with executive level management and their staff.
Schedules meetings and maintains electronic calendars for team members and programs
Prepares and edits materials for meetings (can include confidential information)
Works on special projects, exercising initiative and independent judgment, as needed
• 5-7 years office experience / assistant and meeting coordination experience at the senior levels
Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and drive for results
Strong attention to detail and flawless execution
