Our Business
The Global Wealth Management (GWM) FATCA and CRS projects are a multi-year initiative to comply with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) as well as the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Both are rules aimed at tax transparency enacted by the U.S. and the OECD, respectively. The project oversees the global strategy across Wealth Management to ensure domestic and international compliance with both FATCA and CRS.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will manage a series of workstreams across the program, and will partner closely with the broader global team to ensure seamless delivery and successful implementation. The Project Manager will coordinate the impact of both FATCA and CRS on onboarding platforms, client data, the product portfolio, third-party service providers and legal entities and ensure requirements are implemented consistently globally.

The Project Manager will be required to build strong relationships with key local LOB business stakeholders, Technology partners, Corporate Tax and cross-LOB project managers. The Project Manager will be responsible for the workstream project status that will be reported across numerous business forums. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and implementation of one of the projects workstreams
• Manage interdependencies across the broader program and with other in flight tax projects
• Diagnose and facilitate resolution of key issues and risks within the project
• Manage project changes to scope, budget or time
• Ensure operational and business change readiness
• Conduct overall project evaluations/quality control
• Communicate project status to the program manager and to key business partners


Series 99 or equivalent required within 120 days
• 4+ years project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a project from initiation through implementation
• Repeated, demonstrated history of delivering projects on-time and within budget
• Strong experience producing related documentation including status reports, detailed schedules (MS Project), polished presentations (PowerPoint), risk lists, action items and meeting minutes. Microsoft SharePoint, Access and Excel experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
• Excessive attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of the GWM business and products
