Job Description

 

Responsible for one or more complex projects or depending on the business group projects have no size/complexity limitation
  • Directs activities, monitors details, and sets priorities
  • Reviews root cause analysis and implements best practices
  • May manage budget for projects managed
  • May be responsible for managing lower level Project Managers
  • Draft and develop business case deliverables including detailed project financial models related to costs and benefits aligned to project deployment schedules.
  • Create and maintain monthly and annual work time forecasts for each project worked on
  • Facilitate weekly and periodic project meetings with technology, business, compliance, finance, risk, audit and other participating stakeholders
  • Draft and update multiple types of status reports
  • Track, assign, manage and close action items, issues, risks, escalations and decisions with stakeholders
  • Establish, develop and maintain accurate project plans with tasks, dates, milestones, dependencies and resources
  • Identify next steps, actions and decisions to drive project progress and issue resolution

  • Assign tasks and deliverables across a broad group of stakeholders without having direct managerial control of resources.
  • Influence project participants and stakeholders to set expectations, assign tasks and accomplish deliverables
  • Develop meaningful and respectful relationships with peers, project participants and stakeholders to gain credibility and influence
  • Work in multiple internal systems to track project status and maintain effective delivery progress
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience required
