Within Asset Management’s (AM) Planning and Analysis (P&A) function, the Balance Sheet & Capital Stress Testing team is responsible for producing AM’s capital stress test results, including CCAR, DFAST, ICAAP, Resolution, Recovery and Risk Appetite. The team is also responsible for AM’s balance sheet & RWA reporting, planning & forecasting and for implementing capital policy within AM. Additionally, the team has a role in multiyear planning exercises including Goodwill.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and integrating financial models used by AM into all aspects of planning, reporting and analysis. The financial models are used for planning, forecasting and ad hoc analyses including multiyear financial plans, balance sheet, RWA, capital stress testing (CCAR/ICAAP/DFAST/Risk Appetite) and capital planning. The model output is used at the most senior levels in the organization, including the AM Operating Committee, so attention to detail, quality and timeliness of output is critical.
