JPMorgan Chase Corporate Real Estate is responsible for a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 75.3 million square feet across 61 countries in over 5,900 properties. 
 
The Vendor Management Office (VMO) in Global Real Estate is responsible for managing complex Global Real Estate Outsourcing contracts, Third Party Oversight compliance, and more than 1200 direct supplier relationships. This team is responsible for providing necessary information and consultation to Senior Business Leaders & functional and regional partners to support the management of their supplier population and enable data-based decision making. The newly created role of Vendor Contract Administrator will be based in New York and will form a critical component of the broader VMO team. This role will be responsible for managing compliance requirements regarding contract administration, ensuring the firms systems are updated appropriately with vendor information, and assisting the team with ensuring contract governance is adhered to and administered in the most effective and efficient way to support our internal clients.
 
Specific duties and responsibilities include:  
 
- Ensuring all Global Real Estate vendors have necessary contracts and other required documentation.
-Abstraction of contract terms for Recovery and Resolution Purposes
-Quarterly Recovery and Resolution reporting
-On boarding/off boarding contingent workers
-Tracking and Maintaining vendor inventory
- Analytics and project work as required
 
Experience required
 
-1-2 years of experience working in a Financial Services company
-Experience working in a Procurement or Vendor Management capacity preferred
-Proficient in MS office suite applications- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
-Outstanding analytic ability working with financial or operational data
-Strong communications and reporting ability
