POSITION SUMMARY
The Fiduciary Tax practice within Global Wealth Management has been outsourced to Deloitte Tax LLP. This role would require a close working relationship with the Tax Operations – Fiduciary Support Services team and providing the necessary vendor oversight with the Deloitte vendor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with vendor SOW review, compliance and addendums
• Coordinate VMOS tasks including: Initiation, Selection, Onboarding, Managing and Disengaging
• Primary focus on VMOS Managing process includes:
• Updates, renewals, amendments and certification of the engagement
• Performance scorecard tracking
• Contingency planning
• Coordinate status meetings with vendor for various levels of communication, including operational processing, governance and senior management updates
• Partner with procurement for billing review, invoice processing and payment
• Partner with Fiduciary Tax Liaison Team for definition of JPMC / vendor metrics and ensure appropriate tracking and reporting
• Coordinate issue tracking and reporting for vendor related items
• Intermediary for Operations across multiple corporate groups – Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, Market Data Services and Finance
• Liaise with the Fiduciary Tax Operations team on vendor related projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of a Bachelor College degree
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
FINRA Series 99 will be required within 180 days
