J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM): A leading asset manager for institutions, individuals and financial intermediaries, worldwide.  The Global Liquidity Corporate Sales Team provides customized fixed income solutions for treasury departments of domestic & multinational corporations, insurance & healthcare companies, state and local governments, not for profit organizations, colleges & universities.  Our global investment management solutions are delivered to our clients through commingled funds as well as customized managed portfolios across the following currencies:  USD, GBP, EURO, RMB, SGD, AUD.
The Global Liquidity Corporate Sales Team seeks a liquidity sales representative who will be responsible for driving sales and new asset flows of JPMAM’s products to US Multinational Corporate and Municipal institutions (clients & prospects) within the Western region of the United States.  This sales individual should develop new business by leveraging our banking platform’s relationships (e.g., Commercial Bank, Treasury Services, etc.) as well as through a direct calling effort with institutional investors that do not have a firm relationship. In addition, they must also partner with global Asset Management colleagues in cross-selling the firm's global product offering and in developing an active sales pipeline in support of new product launches.   
The job requires the ability to establish credibility and build rapport with clients and internal distribution channels as a spokesperson of the firm in order to promote JPMAM investment strategies in an effort to increase assets under management and maximize revenue.  A high level of professionalism and diligence in meeting client expectations will be essential to increasing the quantity and quality of effective client relationships. 
  • 10+ years of current sales experience with a successful track record
  • Must have demonstrated success of selling asset management products, specifically money market mutual funds and separately managed fixed income accounts
  • Self-motivator with the ability to excel in a fast paced, global team environment
  • Must demonstrate a consultative sales process built on solid relationships, not simply push products
  • Possess the ability to take advantage of new product opportunities when appropriate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Securities licenses required (S7, S63, S3)
