Card Business Engineering - Small Enhancements Project Manager

Job Description

The Card Business Engineering team partners with initiative owners, collaborating across CCB (business and technology) to provide strategic value & sustainable capabilities to the Card Business.   This position will support the Card Business Engineering team by providing oversight and guidance for the IT delivery of the Card Business small enhancements demand.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the prioritization leads within the Card Business to understand the small enhancements IT needs
  • Understand the various intake processes across CCB for small enhancements
  • Provide direction and assistance to Card Business Unit Prioritization leads to engage with the needed IT groups.
  • Collaborate with the IT BMO teams to track spend/actual hours spent
  • Document  a quarterly review of the Card small enhancement progress
  • Provide small enhancement demand details for monthly executive updates. 
  • Facilitate the small enhancements annual planning activities

• Project Management experience

• Ability to establish processes and improve collaboration
• Effective time management & prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and creation of project documentation/decks
• Experience with executive level status reporting preferred
