Private Client Service Specialist-Sales Support - Chase Wealth Management - Columbus, OH

Job Description

   
The Chase Private Client (CPC) Service Specialist is responsible for delivering a superior service as we assist our advisors with the sales of bank managed products on the private bank platform.  This position will be the main point of contract for our top advisors who are servicing our most affluent clients. You will provide guidance and act as a liaison for general processing, procedural, product and systemic questions for bank managed products.  
 
 
Work schedule: 11 AM to 8 PM Monday-Friday or 10 AM to 7 PM four days per week, and Saturday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
 
 
  • Proven 5 years experience in production and client service
  • Investment industry experience/knowledge
  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66 preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills, call center experience
  • Ability to effectively partner with the investment advisors who are servicing affluent clientele
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge of the JPMorgan Chase organizational structure and the ability to work across multiple LOBs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • BA or BS required
