Digital Program Manager, Digital Services

The Digital Delivery team is at the heart of driving that transformation, focused on building out a high performance digital innovation and development culture, managing the Digital book of work to ensure a single-experience driven roadmap, and working closely with the management team to build capabilities that will excite our customers and lower our cost to serve.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Digital Delivery team, you will drive critical programs across Digital throughout the product development lifecycle, working closely with process owners, Lines of Business, Product Managers, Customer Experience/design teams and Development to:
  • Translate the strategic vision of the Digital organization into a coherent roadmap for delivery

  • Facilitate the development of program requirements, managing the interdependencies between cross-functional teams and programs, and coordinating activities required for end to end delivery

  • Provide inputs into the prioritization of roadmapped Digital programs, projects and tactical initiatives

  • Act as a single point of contact for program reporting, information and issues management

  • Conduct periodic roadmap reviews with program resources and stakeholders to effectively, and regularly, communicate program performance, progress of key milestones/deliverables, risks, issues, plan vs. actuals, management focus items, etc.
The ideal candidate for this role must have in-depth, hands-on experience driving digital program process and delivery, with experience in industries that directly relate to banking or financial services being preferred. 

  • 5+ years experience in program management with a complete end-to-end understanding of product development methodologies in an Agile environment

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner ability to senior stakeholders

  • Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines

  • Minimum BS or equivalent level of education/experience required.
