Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business. The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.

The CWM Centralized Lending Team (CLT) is a center of excellence designed to handle a high volume of lower risk credit transactions including Advised Lines, Asset Account Lines of Credit (AALOCs), Term Loans, and Letters of Credit all fully secured by high quality marketable securities with standard loan documentation. CLT promises two day turnaround on credit approval and sending out loan documentation. The CLT Analyst works with a CLT Lender to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
 
Position Description:
  • Assist CLT Lender in determining collateral value of marketable securities
  • Prepare credit write ups and documentation for fully secured credit facilities
  • Provide analysis on new credit opportunities to internal team members, senior management, and the respective clients
  • Assist in special projects such as portfolio reviews, credit and exposure reports
  • Participate in regular credit training to continually enhance credit skills
  • Communicate with Capital Advisors and other team members on rates on current facilities and collateral values
  • Respond to Lender/ Banker/ Client Service/ Capital Advisor inquiries
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis
  • Interest in structuring credit transactions
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to learn about financial derivatives, investments and wealth advisory capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
