As a BA/PM Lead in the Risk Data Sourcing team of Risk Technology group, the candidate will work towards successful delivery of a number of high profile, complex, technical milestones that are core to the success of the Risk Technology Program.
 
The Risk Data Sourcing team is responsible for sourcing strategic risk data feeds from several diverse line-of-business systems, validating the feeds for accuracy and timeliness and warehousing the data for consumption by various risk stripes i.e. Credit / Market / Liquidity /Country risk/Capital risk regulatory calculation and reporting engines. The role will focus on demand management, requirements/scope management, project planning and coordination of the E2E delivery of a number of critical milestones across multiple functional teams (direct and matrix) spanning several interdependent projects across the firm.
 
Core responsibilities include:
 
  • Partnering with business, operations teams, and cross functional technology teams for requirements gathering, impact analysis and project execution
  • Analyzing current state and future state requirements, determining gap and proposing solutions for business problems.
  • Documenting functional and data requirements/specifications and coordinating walkthrough sessions with required stakeholders/project working groups & supporting user acceptance testing(UAT) activities
  • End-to-end project management for key strategic and regulatory projects
  • Providing cross-program level status, risks, and issues, including milestone tracking and management and instituting a  cross-functional program/project governance.
  • Provide support to larger RFT organizational initiatives aligned to delivering business value, creating efficiencies and improving controls.
  • Candidate must possess excellent planning and organization skills and be able to articulate key messages in verbal and written form.   Goals must be achieved in a matrix organizational setting.
  • Candidate must be able to scope projects, create project plans, and execute against them.   Be able to    motivate resources, quickly adjust to priority changes, and continuously strive to deliver on the agreed upon dates.
  • Identifying and tracking project issues/ risks and communicating effectively with business/ operations/ technology teams
