This individual: 

·         Manages the quality assurance processes for a function and/or line of business, including implementation of operations policies, processes and services

·         Manages and directs team activities and monitors progress

·         Manages resources and operating expenses

·         Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems

·         Acts as escalation point for line of business/QA when consensus on issues cannot be met

·         Monitors the control environment and operational environment for changes which impact testing

·         Coordinates with Global Strategy Manager to identify potential activities for offshore environment, aids in development of testing, and acts as a liaison with offshore team, provides SME and guides proper completion of offshore testing

·         Manages and directs team activities across multiple testing programs

·         Must successfully lead others to meet required monthly quality and productivity standards

Position requires a minimum of five (5) years relevant LOB tactical experience in mortgage, default, origination, operations, or QC along with:

  • minimum of three (3) years’ experience in oversight functions such as auditing and/or operational quality assurance
  • minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervisory/management leading team(s) with direct reporting relationship
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
