Reporting into the Executive Program Manager Lead, the Program Manager will be a key partner in delivering high quality leadership training to senior executives. This individual will be required to build strong working relationships within the Leadership Edge team as well as functional partners including Learning and Development leads, Senior Business Leaders and external vendors. The Program Manager actively manages all components of the training program, which includes: psycho-metric assessments, program pre-work, logistics coordination and execution, post program evaluation as well as all participant, vendor and facilitator management.
