The JP Morgan Private Bank office in Washington, DC is seeking a manager for its Client Center. The Client Center is a meeting facility that combines a private yet sophisticated environment. We are seeking a "take charge" individual whose has personal projection, organizational skills, sound judgment, and a detail orientation. The manager must instinctively facilitate a high level of client service and a "first-class-experience" for internal and external guests. This includes ensuring the facilities are immaculately maintained, properly managed and elegantly appointed. The Client Center has 4 meeting rooms accommodating anywhere between 4 and 16 people each. Typical hours for this position would be 8:00am through 5:00pm.

 

Client Center Management

• Oversee the reservation system, working closely with executive assistants, advisors and other users (including external guests and senior executives)

• Assist, tend to, and anticipate guests’ needs, for example:

·         Guest check-in & greeting

·         Escort guests

·         Direct hosts

·         Room setup

·         Special customer requests and inquiries

·         Update changes to security

·         Work closely with vendors

·         Accommodate A/V requests

• Administer daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections

• Assist in surveying client experience and proposing solutions based on feedback

• Work with Marketing Team on space requirements, caterers, appropriate approvals, coordinating with other lines of business

• Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed

 

Assistant Duties

• Process all incoming/outgoing mail, distribute all packages

• Oversee/coordinate courier and other vendor access

• Liaise with building management to ensure appropriate facilities maintenance and security

• Order office, kitchen, and event supplies

• Restocking kitchen and supply room

• Track and complete invoicing

• Coordinate offsite document preservation

• Maintain check log for audit purposes

    • Event planning or hospitality experience a plus
