Technology Director to lead GIM marketing mobile technology team. This role is responsible for the strategic solution architecture, design, and implementation as well as the setting, driving, and influencing our strategic roadmap and stakeholder management of our digital marketing client facing mobile applications.
•Serves as the technical lead managing the day to day oversight and management of the mobile application suite
•Provides strategic direction for application architecture solutions
•Partners with internal JPM Mobile technology forums and teams to ensure strategic alignment and knowledge sharing of best practices
•Provides technology direction for the organization and partners with business and technology teams in product/vendor selection process
•Suggests alternative solutions to meet business requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability
•Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts.
•Manage teams in a matrix work environment, working across multiple lines of business and technology influencing decisions in conjunction with other departments.
•Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.
•Manages multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule.
•Minimum 15+ years of leading teams delivering cross channel capabilities for high availability and high throughput application platforms
•Strong technical knowledge of mobile technology and proven successful delivery of enterprise level mobile solutions
•Possesses strong knowledge of distributed content management solutions and publishing capabilities
•Experience working in an Agile Environment
•Ability to facilitate negotiation and build consensus amongst competing parties, ultimately driving teams to decision
•Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization
•Communicates effectively with business and clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies
•Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
