The Policy Management, VP will work independently and in groups to manage the Commerce Solutions (CCSo) Risk process.  Responsibilities include:
 
  • Prepare Commerce Solutions (CCSo) guidelines/procedure. development and to shepherd all new and updated policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Interpret corporate, wholesale and CCSo Line of Business policy/guidelines/procedure. requirements and determine applicability to and across CCSo.
  • Coordinate all related implementation projects associated with new policies/guidelines/procedures.
  • Ensure new policies/guidelines/procedures are properly vetted and prepared for senior management/ CCSo Risk Committee approval as needed.
  • Write or help write new policy, guidelines and procedures where necessary.
  • Follow established publishing schedules to meet deadlines, working closely with colleagues to execute on deliverables.
  • Administer the committee framework and governing charters.
  • Prepare CCSo Risk Committee and other senior management presentation decks as needed.
  • Edit and streamline existing CCSo guidelines and procedures to remove duplication: wherever possible, refer to wholesale and corporate policy.
  • Ensure SharePoint content is properly maintained and archived correctly.
  • Ensure proper execution of affirmation activities, guidelines and procedures are complete, accurate and recertified as necessary.
  • Create a directory of key risk guidelines and procedures for CCSo.
  • Maintain a SharePoint site and ensure communication of all newly approved or updated policies, guidelines and procedures to appropriate audiences
  • Identify, review, and assist supporting functions in documenting models in the Enterprise Model Database
  • Serve as Model liaison between CCSo, CCB, and Corporate
  • Gather and compile metrics and updates for Risk Reporting
  • Maintain the Governance Management Tool (GMT) with new and updated policy, guideline and procedure requests
  • Proactively ensure the SharePoint sites and any intranet web site content, software & hardware meets all IT, regulatory, Compliance, Risk, Change Management, Access and Audit policies & standards requirements.
  • Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits and reviews
  • Be flexible and supportive of BAU, emergency and special assignments in continually changing environment.
     
 
 
  • Seven plus years in bank operations, control, risk and/or audit function with experience and/or exposure to multiple bank operations. Identify cost effective control requirements that mitigate risk of financial loss while ensuring a top level customer experience
  • Knowledge of Commerce Solutions, Business Banking, Commercial Bank, Wholesale, JPMC strongly preferred
  • BS in Finance, Math, Economics or related studies required
  • MBA/Credit training, strongly preferred Outstanding communications skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to interface with multiple channels/operations and at multiple levels of management
  • Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter, can work independently and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to work with a variety of people throughout the organization
  • Ability to analyze process flows and identify potential control requirements
  • Familiarity with banking legal and compliance requirements a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Very strong SharePoint and InfoPath Designer skills including site and form development experience
  • PM workbench or similar tools highly desired
  • One to three years experience publishing material, generating reports, and administrating Adobe RoboHelp.
  • One to three years experience utilizing other web editing tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop.  
  • Familiarity with InfoPath Form creation including logic- (i.e. formulas, rules)
  • Knowledge of InfoPath SharePoint Publishing
