The Cybersecurity organization’s objective is to ensure that JPMC is able to effectively detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats against our technology infrastructure.  The scope of Cybersecurity comprises detection and monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, managing security incidents, and evolving our preventive infrastructure to keep ahead of the threat.  We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture
 
Job Summary Description:
The opportunity is to join the Global Cybersecurity organization’s Product & Distributed Technology Management team as an Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Leads technical work efforts and projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation. 
  • Work efforts and projects will include unique endeavors with a defined end result that require project management and service delivery skills to deliver successfully. 
  • Establishes requirements, priorities, and deadlines. 
  • Ensures work effort / project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm-wide guidelines. 
  • Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. 
  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. 
  • Manages budget and / or assets for assigned project(s), monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. 
Leadership / Soft Skills Required:
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Strong analytical, communications (written & verbal), should include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications   
  • Excellent problem solving skills  
  • Advanced skill level in PLC & SDLC processes using both waterfall & agile methodologies.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts in a demanding high paced environment.
  • Advanced communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to think big picture; view issues and situations with a broad perspective
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis

  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience with key JPMC Distributed Technology workflow toolset  extremely desirable, PRIME / TAMS, myCompute, ITSM, JIRA, Office Automation tools (MS Access, SQL, Winword, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, Lync, etc.), Work Request Management (WRM), Business Objects are included, but not limited to.
  • Educational Requirements  :  Graduate Degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years)
  • Years of relevant experience: 4 + years
  • Technology Knowledge Skills / Business Knowledge
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following functions/roles is desirable: Technology, Operations Risk Management, Sourcing, Audit, Vendor Management, Project Management
  • Experience with IT Risk and other risk management issues, assessments and resolution
  • Ability to work effectively within an extended and matrix team environment
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to work with all levels of staff, including Senior and Executive management
  • Reporting Analytics experience
  • Client service mentality with focus on supporting of key business stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to understand business functions and processes quickly
  • Ability to develop efficient workflow processes, using technology solutions (SharePoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation
  • Ability to focus and pay attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work, and deliver high quality results quickly
