Marketing Lead - End User Services

Job Description

Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services.
End User Services (EUS), within the GTI organization, delivers measurable business value by providing Business Collaboration, Real Time Communication and Desktop technology products to our 250,000 JPMorgan Chase colleagues.
The End User Services Marketing team provides an important role in ensuring that our clients – JPMorgan Chase staff – are aware of and understand the technology products that are available to them and how they can leverage – to ultimately be more productive in their jobs. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and product management colleagues across the EUS organisation to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.
Key roles and responsibilities
  • Aligned to one of the End User Services 3 technology towers – responsible for marketing of the tower’s technology products.
  • Develop deep audience understanding , develop the strategies to communicate to them and identify gaps in our marketing methods for those audiences
  • Understand the product – including the functionality and key benefits to the user and organisation
  • Identify, establish and maintain partnerships with colleagues across engineering and product management teams, communications and digital signage teams.
  • As part of the marketing campaign, produce collateral including – emails, articles, digital signage, videos, user guides, FAQs and tips; working with graphic designers and video animators where appropriate
  • Run marketing campaigns for product launches and releases – including creation and execution of the marketing and communications plan
  • Develop KPIs so we can measure success of the marketing campaigns, and identify what worked well and improvement areas.
  • Provide status reports on progress of marketing campaigns for key stakeholders
  • Create and execute surveys as appropriate, to obtain feedback from our target audience
  • Lead cross–tower marketing campaigns

Essential Skills and Experience

·         At least 5 years experience in a marketing and/or communications role

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to tailor communications based upon the audience and message

·         Experience working in a global, cross-functional team

·         BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
