They will be responsible for providing 24 x 7 x 365 support coverage performing troubleshooting/triage of incidents, working user queries and tickets, VP level escalation management, providing monitoring support at the infrastructure, application & middleware layers, resolving and reporting of incidents for our production environments, root cause analysis and prevention of future incidents. As a member of the Production Management team supporting global applications, you will establish and maintain Global relationships with business users, perform escalations of critical production environment incidents, and proactively identify patterns for recurring incidents to determine root cause to improve service capabilities.
