The incumbent will be responsible for managing an operations team of transaction screening of official and non official staff in accordance with the Global Sanctions Policies and Standards. The candidate will be responsible for operational controls, expense management, client service and efficiency initiatives and must possess an ability to work in a high pressure team environment.
The role will require the qualified candidate to coach OFAC official and non official staff regarding personal development needs; assist with shaping actions plans; support Managing Director with strategy and process improvement initiatives. The incumbent will report to the Central Screening Utility in Tampa.
