Investment Servicing Sr. Specialist I - Chase Wealth Management - Columbus, OH (Polaris)

Job Description

 
This role will be part of the Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Support Services Organization within the Bank Managed Account Maintenance Operations team.  The candidate will be responsible for performing the functions necessary to ensure maintenance requests for existing bank managed accounts meet proper standards and are processes appropriately, based on outlined policies, procedures and regulations. Responsibilities will be to control daily related work flows as well as monitoring client accounts through a variety of reports and electronic tools. 
 
As an Investment Servicing Sr. Specialist I you will be responsible for the following:
  • Daily work flow activities, including but not limited to:
    • Validation/approval of account maintenance requests (Address Changes, IRA transaction tax coding, Standing IRA withholding requests, Discretionary Letter Requests, IRA teller line check deposits)
    • Assisting with processing of account closure requests
    • Managing incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence from Chase Private Client front office personnel.  
  • Monitoring client accounts through a variety of reports and electronic tools, including but not limited to:
    • Account Coverage reviews (Rep reassignments, Investment Assistant Assignments)
    • Retirement Account (IRA) reviews (Miscellaneous transactions, Required Minimum Distribution reporting)
  • Display/Demonstrate the skills/discipline to complete other tasks as required
  • One to three years managed account or investment experience highly desired; focus on service and support preferred
  • Series 7 preferred but not required
  • Customer service, team and goal-oriented, enhanced by a high sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly accelerated Excel proficiency preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills used to drive self & teams to get tasks completed
  • Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal/external customers and team members
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
  • Workstation and CPI experience is highly desired
