Dealer Relationship Manager - Auto Finance - Southeast

Job Description

As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will motivate new and existing Maserati dealers to use Maserati Capital USA for indirect retail/leasing financing.
You will also perform the following functions: interface directly with all dealer personnel; train dealers on contracts/worksheets; inform dealers of policy, procedures and price changes; Interface with Maserati Region personnel on a regular basis;  Attend Maserati monthly Regional closings; act as liaison between dealers and Dealer Service Center where credit decisions are made; monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency ratios, delinquency losses, profitability, etc.; increase and maintain required market share levels; and attain volume plan at acceptable business levels.  Territory includes FL, GA, SC, NC, MD & VA.  80% travel is required
  • Knowledge of indirect auto finance industry strongly desired
  • Excellent sales presentation skills to motivate new clients to  use services and product
  • One year Consumer credit experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail/lease) strongly desired
  • One year financial statements analysis experience preferred
  • PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Travel within assigned territory will be required
