Our Business
JP Morgan Private Bank offers wealth advisory, asset custody, investment management, fiduciary, personal and business banking(deposit accounts, credit cards, mortgages), and capital advisory services to clients. Several mergers and acquisitions over the years have brought various lines of business into the scope that Fee Billing services. Private Bank clients have an integrated team that is focused on managing their relationship. The integrated team consists of the banker, capital advisory, trust officer, investor, and a dedicated client service team.

The Private Bank Fee Billing group supports the Integrated Team for accounts on the OMNI platform. Fee Billing assists with any inquiry or maintenance request that involves the fee schedule or fees charged to accounts on OMNI. The Private Bank billing system currently houses over 300,000 accounts. The team consists of 14 employees.

Position Summary
The Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing account updates such as fee schedule changes, debit allocation updates, rate overrides, and discounting. They will also be responsible for applying corrections to previously charged fees and answering Integrated Team queries on a daily basis.

Summary of main functions:
• Preparation & review of fee calculations using in-house systems as well as Excel
• Self-management of open item list and prompt communication of issues to management
• Timely & accurate response to queries from the integrated team and other JPMorgan business groups
• Completion of various ad hoc fee analyses as requested
• Daily control checks
