The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Analyst Programs aim to attract, develop and retain high potential entry-level talent. While the programs support almost all of the organizations across the firm, the majority of the 2,000+ analysts in the 2 year programs along with the 1,000+ summer interns are in two key CAO functional areas: Operations and Technology.
Partnering with our stakeholders, the Chief Administrative Office Global Analyst Development Program (GADP) aims to deliver superior analyst programs through challenging roles, engaged managers and dynamic development opportunities.
With more than 2000 global analysts under program management, the GADP represents the firm’s largest two year graduate program population.

Technology Analyst Program (TAP): technology talent focus

Global Scale:  ~1200 full time analysts, ~800 summer interns
Operations Analyst Development Program (OADP): operations talent focus

Global Scale:  ~700 full time analysts, ~400 summer interns
Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP): consultative talent focus
Regions Covered: APAC, EMEA, NAMR
Global Scale:  ~200 full time analysts, ~100 summer interns
Under the direction of the Program Management team, analysts are aligned to roles within JPMC business units. Over the course of the two year program analysts build technical, functional and leadership skills through challenging assignments, comprehensive feedback and coaching, rigorous training and performance management.
Job Function:
The Program Associate (PA) is critical to the delivery of high quality analyst programs.  Partnering with the Program Management team, the PA is primarily responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all program activities. These activities will include both strategic (process design and ownership) and tactical (process support and administration) dimensions.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Demand Management
      • Identify and define role submissions with LOB liaisons
      • Develop and implement the requisite tools to ensure process efficiency and transparency
      • Manage the preliminary role assessment by analyzing data and conduct leadership team review
      • Develop and deliver presentations to socialize outcomes and status with stakeholders
    • Placement Management
      • Establish a process to compile robust candidate profiles in partnership with Campus Recruiting
      • Drive the first level review and alignment of candidates to opportunities leveraging role expertise
      • Analyze data and develop intelligent matching procedures to complete the alignment process
      • Prepare analyst materials for communication with assigned LOB Managers
    • Analyst Engagement
      • Support induction training activities for incoming analysts
      • Plan, execute and support analyst development activities  including analyst committees, senior speaker series, networking events and newsletters
    • Business Engagement
      • Create and drive analyst and manager surveys, analyze results and present findings to PM Leads
      • Create materials for Advisory Board/Steering Committee meetings working with the PMs/LOBs
    • Alumni Programming
      • Partner with alumni committee members and team to organize events, drive recruitment initiatives, collate feedback and implement improvements
    • Communications
      • Develop, implement and maintain a consistent communications strategy for the global program team
      • Establish and refine program materials including; program descriptions, marketing materials, newsletters, and management presentations
      • Ongoing development and maintenance of the global team toolkit, including extension of the SharePoint feature set

Requisite skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years program and/or project management experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel and/or Access
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and team skills
