Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services.
End User Services (EUS), within the GTI organization, delivers measurable business value by providing Business Collaboration, Real Time Communication and Desktop technology products to our 250,000 JPMorgan Chase colleagues.
The End User Services Marketing team provides an important role in ensuring that our clients – JPMorgan Chase staff – are aware of and understand the technology products that are available to them and how they can leverage – to ultimately be more productive in their jobs. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and product management colleagues across the EUS organisation to create and implement successful learning material.
  • Create video how-tos to demonstrate key features on mobile and desktop products
  • Create an elearning suite for the technology products used internally within JPMC, targeting new hires, both mobile and desktop technology
  • Create an elearning suite for new technology product launches or major releases the technology products used internally within JPMC
  • Create promotional videos to raise awareness of new products and key features
  • Create step by step how to guides for key technology products
  • Produce and maintain online and printable guides, for use at events
  • Work with product team and marketing team to understand the content, and convert this into a visual storyboard.
  • At least 5 years experience in an elearning or video animator role
  • Excellent with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, In design, Illustrator,
  • Dreamweaver
  • Excellent with Adobe Captivate, Articulate or similar elearning tools
  • After Effects for video creation
  • Reflector, or similar, for screen capturing screens on mobile devices
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively
  • Self-motivator and driven
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
