The GIM Sales Force Development Lead will manage all Salesforce development programs on behalf of the GIM Sales organization across Institutional and Funds businesses globally. They will deliver state-of-the-art solutions fully integrated with existing enterprise systems in a highly secure framework. The Lead will both drive the technical strategy and development standards across the GIM Sales platform as well as be an active developer as part of an agile team. Their objective is to greatly increase productivity for the highly mobile Sales users who spend the majority of their time on the road. The mobile platform and application suite for our Sales users should be very targeted functionality, performant, work offline for key functions, across multiple platforms and be a highly desirable experience to increase adoption.
Therefore this position requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge and proven experience in designing, developing and implementing cutting edge mobile applications on both Native and Hybrid platforms. Candidate will work collaboratively with both business users and technologists in turning business requirements into high quality solutions. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.
10+ years of experience successfully designing, developing and deploying applications
· Extensive experience in building mobile applications
· Full life cycle mobile app development experience across IOS & Android is a must
· Excellent knowledge of iOS, Objective-C, C/C++, Cocoa and iOS design patterns
· Experience in building hybrid and responsive mobile applications using frameworks such as Cordova, Angular/Ionic
· Experience with consuming RESTful web services, JSON, and HTTP
Experienced in working with highly secure frameworks
General knowledge of software/UI patterns regarding the consumption of syncohronous and asynchronous web service
Experience with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
Salesforce.com experience is a huge plus
