Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) provides technology support for applications across all lines of business. These applications are critical to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
This position will be part of the Consumer Business Banking Information Risk Management team and will provide Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) support to the CBB IT Risk organization. As an Information Risk RCSA Lead, your primary responsibility will be the ensuring communication of RCSA processes, procedures and schedules to senior IT management, identification and analysis of IT processes, identification and documentation of key risks (inherent and residual), control identification and test procedure creation, identification of gaps and providing guidance on solutions. Additional responsibilities include RCSA status reporting, development and maintenance of Risk and Control Matrices, and interfacing with all levels of management.
As an Information Risk
RCSA Analyst for CCB IT Risk you will be part of the CCB IT RCSA Governance
team, responsible for governance and execution of the RCSA program
Responsibilities include risk identification, control design and testing procedure creation, quality assurance reviews of RCSAs, acting as a liaison with both IT Senior Management, RCSA Assessors and Business RCSA teams; and partnering with IT teams to identify and correct process control design and execution issues. Additional duties include the generation and maintenance of reporting to accurately reflect the current state of the program to senior management and regulators, while partnering with the Operational Risk Management team to ensure alignment of the CCB IT RCSA program with the larger business RCSA program and goals.
• 5 years IT Risk, Audit or Operational Risk experience or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical mind and approach to problem solving
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite including Visio, Excel, Access, and Project
• Ability to take a risk-based approach to assessments and identified deficiencies
Preferred Skills& Experience:
• Experience in Business Process Modeling a plus
• Familiarity with COBIT5 and ITIL is preferred
• Experience in managing small projects helpful
• Familiarity with JPMC risk
assessment programs and/or SharePoint administration is preferred
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Business, Management Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline
