The Prime Brokerage SCPP development team is seeking a Project Manager.  The candidate will have end-to-end project accountability and will act as a liaison between the technology and business areas. 
Knowledge/Familiarity of Brokerage/Securities Processing business is a must.  Position requires working with multiple application teams and product partners and therefore strong communication and organizational skills are also required.
Responsibilities include:

-Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, analysis, design development, testing and implementation with strict adherence to SDLC standards
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant guidelines - firmwide and within the CIB
- Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) and manage budget for assigned projects
- Monitor project progress through timely and accurate status reporting, including risks, issues, action items and change controls
- Develop and manage project plans
- Lead/participate in meetings at the operational and project level
- Offer constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations; proactively identify resource and schedule conflicts

- The candidate must be detail oriented, possess strong writing, editing and proofing skills, and be able to execute the detailed tasks associated with a communications / readiness plan.
- The candidate must have strong organization and prioritization skills including the ability to monitor and track assigned activities concurrently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC
- Industry-specific experience preferred
- Experience in project planning
- Experience in resource management
- Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels
- Proven ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Jira and HP ALM (Test Lab experience a plus)
- VBA a plus
