We are a Public Sector Processing Division for Receivables Operations falling under CIB Banking Operations.  Our LOB processes applications and support documentation for our customer.  Our strategic focus is to deliver an extraordinary level of service and quality to our customer, while leveraging the firm's operations and technology infrastructure.
  • Responsible for processing daily document transactions which can include some variation and moderately difficult tasks.
  • May engage in one or more process areas including:  Extraction, Document Preparation:  Manual or low-speed extraction and batching of checks, forms and supporting documents for capture.  Image Capture:  Image capture of forms, checks and supporting documents on low to high-speed image equipment.  This equipment uses Image Character Recognition to improve accuracy and data entry efficiency; balancing, data keying, or output as needed.
  • Receiving clear instructions; will work under close supervision following established procedures with regular review of progress.
  • Must be able to focus on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity.
  • Ensure that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices.
  • Complete multiple manual tasks per transaction. 
  • Must effectively utilize teamwork behaviors.
  • Reading and comprehension of customer's instructions
  • Basic PC skills
  • Quality-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Alpha numeric data entry skills
  • Operate desktop equipment
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Stand, sit still, and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 15-35 lbs.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
Work schedule - Monday - Friday / 1:30pm - 10pm
Pays 10% shift differential
Additional hours may be required based on business needs and overtime required as needed.
A Government Security Clearance will be required for this position.  This includes, but is not limited to:
