An ideal candidate should have a process, operations and technology background in the securities industry.
The candidate should be well versed in 6-sigma or similar methodologies for organization and simplification of workflows across multiple middle, operations and service functions.
Ideal candidate would have strong understanding of process modeling, infrastructure requirements and client services with a view to systematically optimize workflows across multiple functions.
Strong communication and organization skills in building bridges across myriad senior stakeholders is a must.
Good understanding of delivering service-oriented products/platforms over web-portals.
Good understanding of collecting, aggregating and disseminating content to Sales and Clients.
The candidate should have leadership skills to lead a group of product development analysts and have robust delivery skills in getting these products implemented from inception to planning and client-adoption.
Ability to work with multiple peers in solution design from data capture to entitlements and analytics
