The TS Payments Product team is dedicated to providing single and cross-currency payment services to corporations, financial services institutions and middle market companies worldwide. The team has Product representation in all regions supporting domestic and cross boarder payments in all major currencies. We are a transaction services product as part of Treasury Services.

Go to Market Product Strategy
Associate/Analyst: Assist with the go to market strategy for new and existing product functionality. New capabilities have revenue objectives tied to them and require product to create commercialization strategies, training, and marketing materials to support growth. Will focus on growing Payments business within Large Corporate and Bank client sectors.
- Manage a go to market project plan for new FX and Global Payments Strategy products and capabilities
- Work with product managers globally to package current and forthcoming deliverables to create a logical commercialization plan
- Creatively depict product functionality and benefits in client collateral using graphics and texts
- Coordinate with Product and Sales to create and validate client-facing and / or internal reference material
- Engage Sales with training materials to arm client facing teams with knowledge needed to sell products
- Create executive reporting articulating progress against revenue objectives and commercialization strategy
- Support ongoing initiatives to grow Payments revenue business development workstream and client targeting exercises as well as closely working with the Sales teams and Marketing to turn product functionality and build out into revenue for the bank.

Required Skills:
- Project Management: Strong project management skills required, including ability to draft work plans, identify key deliverables and dependencies, and track progress
- Creativity: Strong PowerPoint and graphics skills are a desired
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills required, with ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw key conclusions.
- Understanding of Payments products or FX Payment products a plus
- Resourcefulness: Ability to get things done with limited coaching; ability to handle multiple projects at same time
- Technical: Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required
