About the team:


Our unique Insights come from our market and economic expertise, global research presence and strong heritage of working with the world’s most demanding investors. The APAC Insights team manages the production and distribution of the firm's intellectual capital globally across the Global Funds, Institutional, and Liquidity businesses in the region. Working alongside its global counterparts, the team currently focuses primarily on the markets and economy, investment strategies and opportunities. Respectively, the branded value-add programs, Market Insights, Investment Insights and Retirement Insights position J.P. Morgan Asset Management as the preeminent provider of insights to financial advisors, intermediaries, and their clients. These programs help our sales force in building lasting client relationships, gaining access to prospective clients and in creating distinct sales opportunities that ultimately drive business success through acquisitions of new assets or retention of current assets. These industry leading insights are conveyed to clients in written publications, video/audio podcasts, other digital distribution methods and in-person meetings – with particular focus on our Guide to the Markets publications, produced and managed across 8 APAC countries in 6 different languages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new ideas and campaigns to expand the Insights brand into additional client channels

  • Leverage both prior marketing experience and the latest industry techniques to come up with new creative ways of strengthening the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Insights brands

  • Responsible for managing the production of regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and ad-hoc Insights material, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies

  • Identify new opportunities and develop new print, digital and video content based on strategic priorities, usage analysis, market conditions as well as input from sales, product strategy and other stakeholders

  • Oversee/execute distribution, promotion and content management across existing print and digital channels and identify and implement new programs to increase awareness and adoption

  • Simultaneously execute a wide range of marketing and strategy projects while identifying areas for both tactical improvement and strategic growth across all facets of the program

  • Collaborate with internal sales & marketing managers in the region and global counterparts to uphold high standards for the program’s brand management, quality of deliverables, and process workflows

Qualifications

  • Languages: English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)

  • Considering candidates ranging from 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience

  • Experience in financial services is preferred, with specific focus in sales and/or marketing functions

  • Prior project management experience is a significant plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment

  • Knowledge in digital content management and marketing

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects effectively

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with internal teams and vendors

  • Excellent work ethic

  • Working knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and general online multimedia platforms

  • Interest in markets/economy, and asset management strategies/products
