Transactional Client Service Specialist - TS Client Service LATAM (TCSO), Tampa

Client Service employees act as the point of contact for internal and external customers within our Latin American Market. They receive inquiries from customers in need of information, service assistance and problem resolution. They ensure that issues are addressed appropriately, accurately and in a timely fashion.

As a Client Service Specialist you will:
▪ Interface with clients
▪ Uses thorough product knowledge to resolve unique or challenging issues on an individual needs basis
▪ Escalate when necessary
▪ Analyze client disputes
▪ May maintain issues logs and may prepare monthly reporting
▪ May serve in a team lead capacity
▪ Prepare standard client portfolios, reports, statements and correspondence for a variety of recipients
▪ Maintain issues logs and prepare standard monthly reporting

• Spanish and Portuguese REQUIRED
• 3-5 years of client service and /or operations background or the equivalent work experience, preferably in the banking or financial service industry
• An in-depth knowledge of Treasury products such as DDA, Cash Vault, Lockbox, USD Clearing and ACH to include system knowledge and an understanding of related procedures.
• Proven ability to acknowledge and follow up regularly with clients to ensure proper client expectations are set
• Proven expert oral and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership abilities needed
• Ability to display a sense of urgency as needed to ensure requests are completed within expected timeframes/SLA
• Strong independent problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
• Thorough knowledge of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services
• Attentiveness to detail
• Professionalism, accuracy and efficiency
• Effective time management skills (capable of managing and prioritizing multi-tasks)
• Capacity to learn quickly
• Leadership skills
