Team Description


The EMEA Implementation Team is responsible for the on-boarding of all core cash management business for TS clients in our region. A critical part of the process relies on effective working relationships between Implementations, Sales, Product and Client Service. In addition, we work closely with a variety of internal functional partners in order to ensure seamless end to end service delivery. We manage the implementation process for a wide range of client sectors, using a tried and tested methodology to deliver a high quality client experience, while speeding revenue into the bank. 

  • Identification and documentation of the technical requirements for client implementations.
  • Provision of Subject Matter Expertise on product and file format related questions.
  • Preparation and management of the overall schedule for the technical product set.
  • Management of client testing including the establishment of a test environment for each customer to ensure successful processing by the JP Morgan back office systems.
  • Validation of transaction files and output files in a number of formats such as ISO XML 20022, JPM proprietary file formats, EDIFACT and ANSI X12.
  • Coordination of issue resolutions pertaining to technical implementations.


  • ISO XML 20022, pain.001, pain.002  and pain.008
  • Knowledge of payment processing and clearing
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry advantageous
  • Customer Service skills, business analysis skills, Organisation skills (Multitasking)
  • Project management expertise

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
