As an Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for a range of administrative functions including meeting coordination, active calendar management and arranging travel. Additional responsibilities will include providing support for the Client Service branch office such as processing branch mail and checks. This role is based in New York and reports directly to the Regional Service Manager
